    New hosting & https

The hosting provider we used to be with has been bought by LiquidWeb so now we are being moved there. Right now we are in the queue waiting for the migration process to begin. There might be some downtime during the transfer process but it shouldn't be too long. If you see the website being offline, check for a twitter update https://twitter.com/darebees - we'll respond right away. There is no date for this yet so this is just a very advance heads up. We don't know much about LiquidWeb but they are a lot bigger than the guys we were with and they have more options for upgrading the service. The one thing we plan on doing right away once we have moved is to install a HTTPS certificate which will add a extra layer or security and privacy protection. You will be able to access DAREBEE using https://

We will let you know once the new services kick in!

Added layer of security is always good. Especially seeing the times we live in.
Here's to smooth transitioning of things and new grounds to be covered

GoDaddy has a reputation for ... not being the sort of guys you'd recommend your sister work for. And the upper management likes the current POTUS.
The sorts of things that seriously turn my wife (as well as our Web Mistress) off.
        In theory, neither should matter.
In theory, though, staying with the guys you have been with - barring problems - is a Good Thing. You have a good idea what you are getting.
But ... thanks for the heads up.
Oh, and T@go ©Obr@? That name pretty much precludes you getting 'tagged' in a reply.

Your real name doesn't matter. There are special characters there that make 'tagging' you difficult - or impossible. So ... if people want to let you know they have responded to a posting you left, or they've left a message for you ... so sorry.
Lots - most? - of us do not use our 'legal names' here. My 'Daithi' is a corruption of the Gaelic for 'David'. Only a slight cloaking.

I use a nickname I was given in 7th grade online.. well actually the Dusty part of my name is from 7th grade and is no where near my actual name the QOTF which means Queen of the Formalin (do not ask lets just say I know some people who think Formalin is a drink) came when I was in my first year of college. Also most website hosting Go daddy and most of the ones that T@go posted have fees most of those fees don't go into the hosting of the site it goes towards advertising and sponsoring nascar race cars (godaddy) and its expensive and usually the fee is monthly some have yearly fee but most are monthly.

Also T@go you cant get tagged I tried.

But ... DustyQOTF ... it is "a drink". Though ... if I recall correctly ... it will ... not ... be "good" for you, if you do.
Still ... the coroner will find your stomach well preserved, after the fact.
Agreed ... many of the "name brands" spend a lot of your monthly bill paying Danika (or the like) to pose for the camera.

but DaithiMeyer its usually injected into veins not drank. The fumes gave me a headache for 3 weeks straight (and no 800 mgs of ibuprofen didn't help). Ty for spelling her name I couldn't remember it and I feel stupid saying the woman that was dating her teams owner.

DustyQOTF ... I hope you realize I was not recommending drinking it.
As for "her team's owner" ... that has ended, I'm told.

Yesterday the site was down for about 6 hours. Just so the staff knows.

EmperorIoannes thank you so much, we are aware. There was a scheduled maintenance we were not notified about in advance so there is nothing to worry about (except for the no-notification part).
