    Updating Strength Protocol

    This is just a quick heads up - we are updating the Strength Protocol program to version 2.0. If you are currently doing the program we recommend you save the images and/or download the PDF - in case you'll prefer the older version. The update will kick in on Monday March 13, 2017 (depending on your timezone it can be just before).

    Thanks neilarey , I did Strengh Protocol, will these changes make the program harder or different enough to start it again? I know, I'm too curious

      Graoumia it's a good question. Looking at the changes I would say it's about the same difficulty wise - it's just better structured now. It'll now also look in sync with our other classic calisthenics routines with reps and sets directly next to the exercise. Personally, I like the new version a lot better

          Aaaagh! I'm currently in the middle of version 1.0. Should I save the .pdf and finish it? Transition towards the (undoubtedly awesome) new version? Or just start all over again?

              Redline the logic (the days) will stay the same so it'll be ok to switch. Of course, you will be three weeks in so you should definitely save the pdf regardless. That way you can decide on the fly if you want to do the last 7-8 days on version 2.0 or not

                    I already did the old version twice, why are you releasing good stuff so quickly? Its harder for me to decide what to do next Seems like Strength Protocol will take precendence over Power Cardio after I am done with Athena

                      I am at Day 22. If I finish it, this would have been my first completed programme since I started darebee and finally I would have got a nice badge on my profile. Now I have to start all over again. Or will there be two badges - for the first version and for the second one?

                        You don't need to start it all over again! They'll be close enough that you can continue with the new version, if you don't have a chance to download the older version before Monday.

                          Is there a forum for ideas for programs? I have quite a few
