    Athena's Playbook is out now

The Athena's Playbook, our first female-illustrations based 30-day program, is now LIVE! It is a level 3-difficulty program suitable for beginners (and all genders!) and it'll kick your ass! Quite literally actually since it focuses quite a bit on your rear end Lots of combat moves (and a few combat days), tendons work and killer cardio. It is a well-rounded little hybrid - it is a mix of classic calisthenics and traditional DAREBEE circuits - and loads and loads of planks to brutalize your abs and core.

When we started working on it, we were originally driven by the motivational aspect of it - we wanted to help all the girls out there who would otherwise feel too intimidated to use programs with the guys in them. Help those who found push-ups just a bit out of their reach for now - and that's how this project began. It then eventually grew into a real gem. It keeps you engaged (you and your muscles) all the way throughout pushing you juuust a little bit further every time.

This is one tough cookie! We really hope you enjoy it!

This one looks like fun. I plan to do Fighter's Codex next, but I think this will be my plan for March.

I cannot wait to tackle this tomorrow. Even though I saw burpees. I'll have to modify as I go along but I'm really looking forward to this program.

I loved it until I saw the first yoga day. If there's one thing the Flexibility Challenge taught me, I'm not ready for flexibility things. That said, all of the non-yoga days look pretty amazing, and I may borrow at least some of them like I did Day 1 of Strength Protocol.

OMG I can't wait to start it in five days when I'm done with my re-do o Foundation! I looked through and it looks awesome and not too far out of my comfort level to scare me off!

WOW! This looks amazing. I especially like the inclusion of the yoga says. It seems like a greatly balanced program. I just started 30 days of gravity, but I will definitely do this in the future. wjs It is not possible not to be ready for yoga. You don't have to go any further into a stretch than feels right for you. You should give it a try.

Awesome - I'm super happy and thankful for this new program

I plan to do 90DOA next and summer will be all about Tough Mudder preparation, but in autumn, I will be prepared - can't wait

Honestly there are too many awesome programs and I want to do them all at once. Which kinda defeats the point

I can't wait to see what this badge looks like on some people's profiles! I need all the badges.

Should be an owl, the animal most associated with Athéna, if my memory serves
