Azercord it should only be in the Military Fit, not the Plus version. The MFP shouldn't have it, it's a bug

In #day8 of #militaryfit when am I supposed to do the clapping push up? At the beginning of every set? Every 10 sec so I have to stop doing 30 sec of jumping jacks (as the rest of exercises) to do 1 clapping push up?
neilarey or anyone else that can help me?

marta_arien you do 1 clapping push up every 10 seconds, no matter what exercise you are currently on. You set your timer to 30 seconds and start with jumping jacks, after 10 seconds you drop down and do 1 clapping push up, then continue with your jumping jacks. You repeat the same for every exercise, every 10 seconds.

        I hope this helps.

Hi guys. I have a small question. How long does it usually take you guys to do a workout in this program in level III (or under)? Between being a office worker and having my kickboxing lessons in the morning, I don't have much time in the evening for a workout longer than 30 mins, but I reaaaaallly love to do Military Fit and Boxer Prime. So I hope you guys can give me a rough time frame for both programs, so I could plan my workouts efficiently. Thanks and much love!

Black Canary I've been working the level 1 circuit and most days the sessions are between 12-20 minutes OR if you're playing around with levels, they're around 4-7 minutes per set.

Edit: that's 12-20 mins w/o rest. I tend to use minimal / no rest to keep HR elevated.

I've been struggling with the high knee to side jump transitions, so much so in fact I've simply cut them out of my routine on prescribed days (day 15, for example). Does anyone have a video that shows a fluid transition between high knees and jumps to the left/right?

What does the "III To Failure" mean? Does it mean to go to failure on Level 3 of the program?

Yes, if you want to do the program on Level 3 you go to failure every time on that exercise.

Unfortunately no video, but what I have done on those (there's a lot of them in Age of Pandora as well) is that I made a somewhat slow transition, doing the prescribed amount of high knees, and then keeping the knee up after finishing the last high knee (so know standing on one leg), and then from there, jumping in the opposite direction of the leg, which is in the ground (e.g. last high knee done --> standing on my left leg --> jump to the right --> jump to the left etc.)

I hope it makes some kind of sense

Tsunade, thank you for the reply and it does make sense. I tried performing it again and the movement still feels very rough transitionally. I think a video would be helpful but maybe not.

Thanks again for taking the time to explain it!

EDIT: It's getting better though still rough transitionally (now between the dodge and the basic burpee) here's my latest attempt that I've recorded (just a 1min sequence).
