So I will join in here if I may, saw colinclean advertise on another thread.
I did meditate the 5 minutes yesterday anyway, so I can aim for the second day of the Meditation Challenge.

I did my meditation day 2 last night.
I keep sitting in different places around my apartment to find a space that is more comfortable to me.
I do really well in the equal breathing. It’s a personal strength of mine but tend to struggle sometimes without it.
After the equal breathing when I did the five minutes I kept trailing off and getting antsy and uncomfortable. So what I did was say innnnnnnnnn and ouuuuuuut in my head when I was breathing.
After I settled into a space where I was focused then I visualized what clarity and emptiness would look like and imagined bringing that into my mind while breathing in. When I was exhaling I visualized what my thoughts and troubles and struggles would like like and saw them forcibly being pushed out as I exhaled.
Sharing this personal process for me in case it can help anyone else.

Posting for yesterday's meditation.
It was hard. Lots that I was anxious about and my cat kept shaking the Christmas tree.
So I restarted about 3 times before I finally got my 5 minute sit in.

I'm not doing the Meditation Challenge, but still practice daily meditation. Today I felt like trying something different....I usually sit cross-legged/indian style on my mat, but today i wanted to dabble with half lotus/lotus...I easily achieved half lotus, so I amazed myself by achieving full lotus and maintaining it for my almost 7 minute meditation today!! It felt good on my hips and spine...better alignment! However , was quite ouchie for the fronts of my ankles when I went to release!! Any tips on that?? And thanks for letting me brag! Lol
