    NancyTree - The last few years I have been reflecting on how many push-ups I get made over a year. So this year I decided to count them. I myself am surprised that I make 2000 push-ups in a month. In April where I was ill it helped me stay committed as I wanted to reach my monthly average

      Well, if you ever need some cheers to hold on to that average, just call out okay?
      Would be awesome to put in your 2019 report at the end of the year, that you did 24000 push ups

          And you are right about the gardening.

          Last weekend I cleaned our courtyard at our summerhouse with a pressure washer.

          I sand the courtyard after the tiles have been cleaned to make sure the joints between the tiles are filled with sand. So last Friday I went to a DIY centre to buy 40 kg of sand before I went to the summerhouse. At the DIY centre they looked somewhat surprised, when they saw I packed the 2 bags of sand in my backpack and realized that I was not in car but by public transport ​

          I almost said: "Oh don't worry this is a lv 5 Darebee workout ​"


          I have to say the cup of coffee I had when I arrived at the summerhouse tasted good


          Unfortunately, I got sick Sunday because of food poisoning. It therefore became a very long day because I had a lot of work to finish before going back home. I also had 2 hours in public transport from the summerhouse before I was home. So it was a day which tested my willpower

          Luckily I was only sick Sunday but I was exhausted on Monday and have been more tired during the week than normal.

          I therefore took a break from training Monday to Wednesday. Thursday I was nominated for in the Random Workout Challenge, which I managed to complete. I took another rest day Friday not to overstrain myself.

          Yesterday I felt ready to continue my training and had great run and workout. I watched this video before my training, which I found inspiring and as I result I practised planche push-ups ​​
