On Thursday, October 4, the City Council adopted the next year's budget. As in previous years, I was in charge of the preparation of the amendments proposed to the budget by the political parties represented in the City Council and the conduct of the meeting in cooperation with the Finance Administration. It meant some busy weeks in late September and early October.
