Nothing much to report I started my workout with the jump rope challenge and moved on to the Huntsman and the push-up challenge and finished with bicep curls.

I originally wanted to start my darebee andventures with 90 DoA but am very glad to have chosen Foundation instead evry time I look at it
Btw did you stop running or are you just on your days off Sundance ?

mogster - I agree - Foundation is a perfect place to start . Some days in DoA are pretty advanced because of the type of exercises. It is only the intensity (amount of exercises and/or reps) which have been scaled down.

                      I haven't stopped running

I had to scale down the amount of running and take a few off-days mainly because my right foot started to bother me. I think it could be a small inflammation either in the heel and/or Achilles' tendon. I have experienced it before. Some (most) days it hurts going up stairs which is a bit of a problem when you live on 5th floor or in the morning. I have been better to listen to my body and not just push ahead. So I have got an appointment at the physiotherapist next Sunday August 13th. It is the first time ever I have an appointment at the physiotherapist so I am pretty excited about it. I will scale down my running days until next Sunday.

I did find your stretching programs rather inspiring and started to miss them.
And all the best for your feet and your appointment Btw is it normal to go to your physiotherapist on Sundays in Denmark? I might be wrong but I can't really believe they are working on Sundays in Germany.

Thanks mogster - no it is not that common but rather convenient as I am rather busy on weekdays. I even got an appointment at 10am which for me as an early bird is perfect

                            DoA: Day 54 lv 2 + Day 55

Both Skier + Starmaster were fun to do. I had this film going on in my head when doing Skier. It made it an easy workout

There were unfortunately too many mosquitoes to continue the training outside and not enough space inside. So I called it a day after DoA.

I should have watched that video before doing that Skier day.

It was our last day in our summer-house so I decided to do one final beach run and a swim on the halfway. It was a great run even though my right foot still bothers me.

We have a week left of our holiday which we will be spending at home so to prepare for school start and a new working season.
