Today was one of the toughest days of Boxer Prime - one I have been looking forward to with some trepidation. I remember it from last time I did Boxer Prime. 2 * 30 reps of Up and Down Planks in every set This was Hell Week all over again I did every round of Up and Down Planks as 3 * 10 reps with a short break between each batch of 10 reps. Still - it was pure Damnation - me - during the workout and me - after the workout

Right now we are on vacation. We are staying at a lovely place with a pool and a Jacuzzi - so right after Boxer Prime I headed straight for the Jacuzzi and afterwards I played in the pool with my kids. Just perfect after a hard workout

Have a great day my fellow bees

I enjoyed Boxer Prime Day 20. I did 30 push-ups for the first 4 drills and then had to go down to 20/10 for the last two drills. Also another day the pool and the Jacuzzi

This was my third consecutive day of running. It was a great run along the coastline of Cancale but I could also feel that I needed a rest day from running tomorrow. I was fatigued at the end of my run which my running numbers also show.

No running today as I took an aktive rest day. DoA was a lot of fun and Dracarys was a perfect lower body workout for my no-run-today day:
For the days when you want a light, fast workout that will make you feel like you've worked but will not get you anywhere near the point where you totally empty yourself the Dracarys workout steps up to fill the gap.
I forgot I already had done Push-ups Day 5 so I ended up doing it again

Last day at Cancale before going back to Copenhagen. I had a lovely last run along the seacoast of Cancale. Much of the rest of the day was spent at train stations and airports.

PetiteSheWolf - We stayed at Saint Malo Intra Muros last week for three days where we had some lovely days. When we stayed at Saint Malo it was cloudy and raining. The day after we arrived at Cancale the weather cleared up and we had warm sunny weather. For us it was a perfect combination - a not to hot city stay and afterwards some nice warm days at Cancale.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I remember you did write in another thread that you have been on vacation in Bretagne frequently.

I took this picture of Saint Malo which I like because it has a touch of past times.

Yep, we have a family house in St Malo (well, not intra-muros, but nearby), so that's my go-to vacation spot It used to be my maternal grandma's house, as her last job assigment (kindergarden school director) was there, and mom recently renovated the house quite extensively. We are very lucky to have this place, and I really love going there!

We also used to have a family house in the Trégor area (that is the area of Lannion - Perros Guirec), which is really the cradle of 1/4th of my bloodline, but that one was sold last winter, after a veeeeeeeery long wait.

ETA : nice pictures, and I specially love the black-and-white one of St Malo's walls
