        Thanks twinkletoes - Our summer vacation starts this Friday So it is quite hectic at the moment on the job and at home getting ready for vacation Luckily I had time this weekend to train and hopefully will find time during the week. Or else I will have plenty of time after Friday to and I am looking so much forward to the holidays to come.

          In the meantime, thank you so much for your detailed review of the NIP diet, Sundance. There's a lot of useful tips there. It definitely makes me want to give it a try, especially since I wouldn't mind getting rid of some unnecessary fat.

                Very interesting comment on the NIP diet - and great results. I do not need to lose weight per se - but when I will want to bring down my fat pct, I will remember.

                            TheLibrarian - Point taken When I first started out on the NIP diet I thought it would be tough to follow such a strict diet. So especially in phase 2 and 3 I tried to make the meals delicious so it wasn't such a burden to follow the diet. I hope my pictures and my results show that it is possible to follow the NIP diet and at the same time have some delicious meals
