      I will write a short summary on my thoughts on Power Cardio at a later point. But first I will enjoy the sun, buy a present for my father (we are going to his birthday party tomorrow) and visit my grandmother.

                          Thanks to all of you for the kind congratulations

                          We had a wonderful day yesterday celebrating my Dad. The weather was beautiful. We went on a excursion on a small lake near my parents house where we sailed to a restaurant to have lunch. Afterwards there was coffee and at my parents house.

                          Comments on Power Cardio
                          I enjoyed doing Power Cardio. For me, cardio exercises are less challenging than strength exercises. At my current fitness level most days were not too tough and the workouts were a perfect warm-up for the rest of my training session. Still a few days on the program were really tough. Not to mention Day 27
                          Doing Days of Action in combination with Power Cardio worked really well. I had to take a few breaks from the program and I didn't follow a speciel diet so I didn't see a drop in body fat % or washboard abs It was mostly about maintaining my current fitness level.

                          All in all Power Cardio is a program I can recommend and it is one of my favorites alongside HiiT Advanced.
