        WoD:
Power Cardio: Day 23 lv 2 (1 min rest between sets)
DoA: Day 14 (done as regular burpees)
        DD (all with ec):
        60 Seconds Chest Expansions
        20 Fly Steps
        40 Raised Leg Circles
        40 W-extensions

        Finisher:
The Shield lv 1 with ec (1 min rest between sets)
        DoA: Day 15
        Stretching

        Comments:
For DoA Day 14 I decided to do the basic burpees as regular burpees. I did 10 burpees at the end of each set of Power Cardio to make it more challenging and 10 burpees after three of the DD's so I reached the goal of 80 burpees. Fly Steps were fun.

The sun was shining and I was enjoying myself with my training so I chose to end my training session with The Shield and DoA Day 15 and some stretching.

Squat hold was done in two sets: 60sec/40sec

Hero for Hire gave me a chance to be like which was just what I needed after long week.
Reverse lunges were done as lunge step-ups. The three rounds of punches were done as punches/hooks/upper-cuts. After each round of punches I did 20 push-ups.

I have had some busy days lately. As a consequence on some days I have not been able to find time to train during the day and in the evening it is either to late or I'm to tired to train after the domestic duties have been taken care of

I was beginning to be tired of logging: "No training today". So I got inspired by Britt0 and this article to set myself a new goal.

On these days I have set myself a goal to reach my daily step goal on my Garmin 235 watch. My watch creates a daily step goal automatically, based on my previous activity levels. Normally it is around 10.000 -11.000 steps. I must say, it takes an effort to reach this goal during the day when you have a desk job

On days with time to train I still try to reach my step goal but I will not log it.

Some days the time for exercising just isn't there, and that should be perfectly alright (sometimes life must be allowed to interfere ). Besides it looks like you're doing a pretty good job working out sorta regularly, even in a busy period

DoA Day 22: I substituted high knees with jump rope skipping.

Power Cardio Day 26: V-ups are too advanced for me so I substituted V-ups with Tuck ups. It was a tough abs workout. I could feel the Tuck Ups and the Windshield Wipers and I must say I'm proud to have completed 120 Tuck Ups in one workout.

After Power Cardio I did Chest & Back. Renegade rows were done with 5 kg dumbbells and Chest press were done with 7.5kg dumbbells.
