      Warm-up:
Power Cardio: Day 17 lv 2 (30sec rest between sets)

      WoD:
Guts Workout lv 2 with ec (30 sec rest between sets)
      DoA: Day 6

      Finisher:
      Top To Bottom
DD: 40 Reverse Plank Leg Raises done with ec

      Comments:
For Power Cardio I substituted high knees with jump rope skipping. I was looking for a no-nonsense strength workout as today's workout and I settled on the Guts Workout. I did it in 5 sets of 20 reps. After lunges I added 20 reps of side leg raises from DoA. The last 100 reps of DoA was done in 2 sets of 50 reps after I had finished the Guts workout.

I finished my training session with Top to Bottom.

It was tougher than I thought just to hang as a tiny kitten especially the one-arm hang was a tough challenge. Tough but fun

Arm Day lv 3 with ec

I had a busy day but managed to do Arm Day late in the evening.

I went directly from push-ups to push-up hold but had to take a small break between push-up hold and the second round of push-ups. At the last sets I also had to break the last round of push-ups into 10 and 5 push-ups.

Another busy day. I could't find time to train during the day and was to tired in the evening even for a few exercises.

But I managed to reach my daily goal.

I was knackered today because of a long week with lots of work. So I chose to do a light workout just to keep my 15 Days in a row badge...

My right Achilles tendon was aching today. It must have been a result of yesterday's running eventhough I didn't had the feeling that I was running differently. The tendon felt as it was contracted and I almost had to walk with a limp. So today's Power Cardio was a perfect warm-up of the tendon and it stretched the tendon at the same time. So the Achilles tendon felt much better afterwards and the aching almost disappeared.
