    A great work-out which I did outdoors in Søndermarken

            Random Workout Challenge 4.0: The Jacks

            Total time for the Challenge: 26:45 (90sec of rest)

            This one was tough especially doing the plank jumping jacks right after squat jacks. My legs were shaking badly after round 2 and I was breathing heavily
            On a personal note: The last couple of days have been quite stressful so it was a perfect stress-reliever work-out. It loosened up a lot of tension and got the blood rolling.
