    Workout of the day

    Combat Hiit Day 14 lv I (rest <45 seconds rest between each round)

    I substituted high knees with march steps and basic burpees with burpees. I managed to do three burpees in each round.

    I also did 10 push-ups as active rest after each round (50 push-ups in total)

    Intensity: Comfortable with some effort
