    I had a great run today. I ran along the beach, so it was primarily trails and sand. It was tough, so I had to take a few breaks walking. After my run, I dived into the sea and swam back almost to my starting point. The swim turned out to be an excellent stretch, especially for my right heel and Achilles tendon.

                                Thanks for the greetings. I'm feeling much better than I have for the last couple of months. It has been a challenge to get the disease under control. At the end of May, my values for the production of thyroid hormones ​​started to move towards the normal range. Still, then in June, the values ​​started to rise again even though my medication dosage was the same. Luckily, my blood samples are taken every 14 days, so my doctor adjusted the medication to a higher dosage before the symptoms got worse. The medication adjustment in June meant that I was, fortunately, able to continue my training. I have enjoyed running, cycling and swimming. Almost two weeks ago, I started phasing out the beta blocks. It has given me more energy, and I have more power while training. My running has become faster, and the push-ups have become more manageable. Before, I could hardly take five push-ups in a set. Now, I can do ten repetitions, and I'm moving toward 100 in a training session. To be able to continue my training has given me a lot of positive energy!

                                At the moment, I'm on a much-needed summer vacation. My family and I are on holiday in Tuscany, Italy. It is wonderful.
