Status
I had a relapse in early May. At the end of April, my doctor lowered the dose of my medication substantially. The amount of medicine turned out to be too low, which resulted in an aggravation of the disease. I again had a very high heart rate and as a result, suffered from nervousness and I also had flu-like symptoms. I have therefore not been able to train for the last three weeks. Last week my dose was set up again, and yesterday I felt I was ready to start training again. I have been looking forward to getting started. The training is challenging both because I still have a high heart rate and because I am in bad shape due to the inactivity of recent months. However, it has not knocked me out mentally. I'm just happy to be able to train again
For now, I will continue my travels and adventures in the lands of Pandora. I have started running again. My old injury in my right heel still bothers me, so I run barefooted. 3km is a reasonable distance at the moment as I don't strain my foot and my heart rate is reasonable. I have also decided to do 30 days of Strength to rebuild my strength and stamina.
