                          I feel better, and the symptoms are just as slowly disappearing due to the medication. However, it still fluctuates a lot. My heart rate is still higher than usual. The elevated heart rate triggers an automatic mental reaction, namely that I often feel nervous. During the day, it wears me out. There are also days when I alternately feel hot or cold, especially if I have been busy or tired. I'm just as slowly getting used to the disease and adapting my daily life and routines. Two areas that I have had a hard time adjusting are my training and my diet. Since the beginning of March, I have not been training, and my diet has not been healthy. Two areas I need to do something about, preferably already today
