        No training because of life

          Elektra - thanks!

My shoulder is much better. It has really helped that I have taken a few days off now and then with training the last 2 weeks.

Oh, yeah, I remember life. That thing that tends to happen to you while you're making plans.

Yeah... life... The same one that won't help me do any programs or serious training right now.

Doesn't what you do in your fitness classes count as training, Elektra ?

Redline and Elektra - Yeah funny how life can bring down even the best laid plans

Luckily it doesn't stress me any longer that I have to postpone my training for awhile because of life getting in its way.

With Darebee and the comradeship here at the Hive I find it easy to pick up training again. I also find myself obliged to do so in a good kind of way because of the comradeship

                    Just my words

Knowing Elektra - I guess you Elektra miss your 2 hour or longer hard core training sessions where you give it all

DD: 40 Twisting Jump Squats (done twice) and 60 sec Raised Leg Hold (all with ec)
HiiT Advanced: Day 29 lv. 2 (7/8 burpees per 30 sec). 10-20 sec pause between sets
WoD: Wake Up and Make It Happen done as a warm-up
WoD: Damage Control lv2 - no pause between sets
AoP: Chapter 40. Collecting scraps (15 plank walk-outs)

It was great to be back after a 4 days long break. I have been under some stress this week which I could feel during my training session.

I find Wake Up and Make It Happen is a perfect warm-up. I usually add shoulder taps and punches and do the lunges as lunge step-ups.

My body was more tense than usually. Especially Hiit Advanced helped me to release the muscle tensions. At the 6th set I was pretty dizzy but I pushed through. Damage Control was a perfect way to loosen up the muscles after a hard hitting HiiT Advanced workout (approx. 210 basic burpees with a jump)

I just realized my 100 plank walk-outs doesn't give me any scraps in Pandora So I still have to earn 1000 scraps before completing chapter 40.

                      Onwards

Well Sundance the truth is that I do miss that part a lot.
Like Redline said/wrote it could count as training, but the truth is that is not my personal training. I need my running, my getting exhaustet Elektra style. If you know what I mean. I've been doing my work for 15 years. So it's not training

Elektra - I know what you mean - there is a time for work and a time for pleasure

You have a lot on your plate at the moment. When the dust has settled and you have been at your new workplace(s) for a while you will probably get more time to do your own training.

For me, I always find that I consume more time on a new job because of all the new routines than after a few months. So just give it some time even though it can be hard

Thanks Sundance . I know that everything will settle down sooner or later, but one tends to get a little desperate in the proccess. Anyways. It's a good thing that I have the job that I have which helps me to at least keep me going

DD: 2 min Jumping Jacks (ec)
HiiT Advanced: Day 30 lv. 2 (7/8 push-ups per 10 sec and 6 plank walk-outs per 30 sec). No pause between sets (just a sip of water)
                                Running: 5,0 km

The final day of HiiT Advanced! I began my training session with a 5km run before taking on HiiT Advanced. First run in a long time.

Day 30 was a great workout which pushed me hard It is amazing how heavy your arms can feel after 30sec of push-ups. The punches were delivered as I was in the 10th round of a boxing match.

For me, HiiT Advanced was perfect in combination with my other workouts. I loved the combination of cardio and strength training. The programs 20-30 minutes routines pushed me really hard but also made it possible to do other workouts.

I can certainly agree on the following statement:
Every HIIT routine in this program is meant to push you out of your comfort zone, force your system to adapt and do it fast shedding all of extra weight that is holding you back.

                                For future reference:
Running: Average speed 11km/h; total time: 29,02 min
