    The Impossible Abs Challenge Day 20 (done in one go)

    Back & shoulders Challenge Day 20

    Easy Core Challenge Day 20 (2 sets of 35 side bends and 40 twists)

        Fireheart Day 2 modified lv III (rest <45 seconds rest between sets)

        I substituted the push-ups with burpees, and I did seven sets instead of five sets.

        I did ten push-ups as part of every set.

                    The temperature was below freezing, so I thought it was an appropriate day to complete Polar as part of today's training.

                    I did ten push-ups of each of the following push-up variations with 30sec between each variation: Regular, diamond, wide, stacked, raised leg, staggered, spider-man, knuckle (done as a finisher after 45sec rest).
