    My left wrist has been hurting so much lately that I switched to knuckle push ups, burpees, shoulder taps, etc.. of course that was before the latest round of inflamed knee and maybe broken toe so it might be better now, I should check.

      Luckily it is not as bad today. I can only feel the soreness if I'm doing too many impact exercises

        It was great to have the energy on a Friday to train even after a week of working from home and homeschooling for our kids.

        Warm-up
        Foundation Day 7 lv III (rest <30 seconds rest between sets)

        I did ten push-ups as part of every set.

        High Gear Day 28 lv III (rest <45 seconds rest between sets)

        I did ten push-ups as part of every set.

        Jump Rope Challenge Day 6

        Splits Challenge Day 6 (leg raises done in two sets of 70 reps without rest)

        Legs of Steel Challenge Day 17

        Daily push-up Challenge Day 3*

        The Impossible Abs Challenge Day 17

        Back & shoulders Challenge Day 17

        I combined the Abs Challenge and the Back and Shoulders Challenge.

        Easy Core Challenge Day 17 (Three sets of 16 side bends and 20 twists)

        I did ten push-ups of each of the following push-up variations: Regular, diamond, wide, stacked, raised leg, staggered, spider-man, knuckle.

          I was eager to know if Cardio Day 45 would strain my left hand too much. Fortunately, that was not the case. I could not feel the load, and my hand did not get sore after today's training.

            Badgeday! I completed High Gear doing all days on level 3 with a maximum of 45seconds of rest between each set. I also collected all six gears.


            Warm-up
            Foundation Day 10 lv III (no rest between sets)

            I decided to switch days, so I did day ten instead of day nine as day ten worked better as a warm-up for High Gear.

            I did ten push-ups as part of every set.


            Workout of the Day (WOD)
            High Gear Day 30/1 gear (100 burpees in one go)


            Cardio
            60 days of Cardio Day 47 lv III (rest <45 seconds rest between sets)


            I did ten push-ups as part of every set.*

            *Push-ups
            I did ten push-ups of each of the following push-up variations: Regular, diamond, wide, stacked, raised leg, staggered, spider-man, knuckle (done as a finisher after 45sec rest).

                                The last two weeks have been busy with family commitments , some major projects at work and a written assignment at college .

                                So I haven't had much time to do my regular training program, visit the Hive or spend time on my other personal projects. Next week, I don't have any extensive duties at work. So hopefully, I can get back to my regular workout program. The Teacher Education program starts again on Monday, so I have to adjust my days to find the time to do my regular training program. My goal is to train more on weekdays than in the autumn
