      I did different push-up variations with 30-40-seconds rest between each variation: Stacked, raised leg, staggered, regular, diamond, wide, spider-man, knuckle, regular. I did ten repetitions of each variation except for the last segment of push-ups, where I did nine push-ups. Total: 89 push-ups.


      Spellbound Hard Mode – Chapter 7

          As you can see, I have not yet managed to get my week organized in a way so I can train more than just at the weekends. I spend my Mondays and Tuesdays on work during the day and my studies in the evening. The last two weeks, I have also been busy at work. I have, therefore, neither had the time or energy to train during the week. However, I have stuck to getting Zen done every weekday, practising mindfulness during my daily chores, paying attention to my diet and, in general, being better at noticing if I need a break. All this to prevent me from slipping down in the dumps again. I also have some ideas for how I can get my training organized on weekdays which I look forward to trying out in the coming week. So even though it has been some busy weeks after my holiday, I feel I'm in a good place at the moment.
