          I did five burpees in the first set. I could have done one more, so I decided that the first set didn’t count. As a result, I did 15 sets of Homemade Hero with 6 burpees in each burpees segment except the first set where I did 5.

                            It is the third time I finished Vitality.

                            September has been busy for me, as I have enrolled in the Teacher Education programme. It is a 3 ½ year programme to become a public school teacher, and I attend the programme at University College Copenhagen besides my work. I have evening classes from 1700-2100 Monday and Tuesday and read for the courses at the weekends. Mondays set of lectures are about "The teacher's foundational competences" (psychology and pedagogy), and Tuesdays lectures are about one of my main subjects "Math 4th-9th grade". I am excited about the programme.
