I combined the Abs Challenge and the Back and shoulders Challenge.
Finisher – push-ups
Total of 107 push-ups.
I did different push-up variations with 30-40-seconds rest between each variation: Regular, stacked, raised leg, staggered, wide, diamond, spider-man, knuckle decline. I did ten repetitions of each variation except for decline push-ups (12 reps) and the last round of regular push-ups (15 reps).
Thursday, August 6, 2020 My daughters and I went to Tivoli after I finished work. We had an enjoyable afternoon and great fun. I settled for the Zen workout in the evening.
Saturday, August 8, 2020 As usual, I did my training session outside in a sunny spot. It was 28 Celsius which made the Overdrive workout a sizzling hot affair. Heat-stress increased the intensity of the exercise. The heat pushed me to my limit, so I had to take a 5-minute break in the shade after I had finished the Overdrive workout.

Wednesday, August 12, 2020 Today I revisited Epic Dash. I decided to do 10 seconds of the two segments of burpees and the push-ups segment instead of 20 seconds as I did last time. It was the right decision as I managed to do eight sets even though the temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and the sun shone from a cloudless sky. The heat stress was immense.

Basic burpees were substituted with burpees.
I did eight sets in total and 3 burpees in each burpees segment and 10 push-ups in the push-ups segment. I did 2 burpees after the last set to get an even number.
