      I did different push-up variations with 30-40-seconds rest between each variation: Regular, stacked, raised leg, staggered, wide, diamond, spider-man, knuckle decline. I did ten repetitions of each variation except for decline push-ups (12 reps) and the last round of regular push-ups (15 reps).

        My first day at work did not turn out as I had imagined.

        After an hour and a half at work, I was asked by a film crew if I would mind being an extra in a short film, which they were filming.

        They lacked an extra in a scene that they were just about to shoot.

        Who does not want to be discovered for the movies? So, of course, I said yes.

        I played a teacher who attended a meeting with the principal and three other teachers. The meeting was interrupted by a pupil.

        I've never been on a movie set before, and it was a great experience.

                      As usual, I did my training session outside in a sunny spot. It was 28 Celsius which made the Overdrive workout a sizzling hot affair. Heat-stress increased the intensity of the exercise. The heat pushed me to my limit, so I had to take a 5-minute break in the shade after I had finished the Overdrive workout.

                        The three sets were done wearing a 10kg weighted vest.

                              Today I revisited Epic Dash. I decided to do 10 seconds of the two segments of burpees and the push-ups segment instead of 20 seconds as I did last time. It was the right decision as I managed to do eight sets even though the temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and the sun shone from a cloudless sky. The heat stress was immense.

                              Basic burpees were substituted with burpees.

                              I did eight sets in total and 3 burpees in each burpees segment and 10 push-ups in the push-ups segment. I did 2 burpees after the last set to get an even number.
