Today I revisited Epic Dash. I decided to do 10 seconds of the two segments of burpees and the push-ups segment instead of 20 seconds as I did last time. It was the right decision as I managed to do eight sets even though the temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and the sun shone from a cloudless sky. The heat stress was immense.
Warm-up

Epic Dash lv III (modified) with ec (rest <45 seconds between sets)
Basic burpees were substituted with burpees.
I did eight sets in total and 3 burpees in each burpees segment and 10 push-ups in the push-ups segment. I did 2 burpees after the last set to get an even number.
