BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 4 (Thu 22nd October)

Unfortunately I didn’t get my Profile Picture changed as I cannot find my blasted mask . However, as Darebee gave their website a lovely new design look, I’ve decided to do the same to my charts .

Also as I have been looking around the new site I also noticed the cool training plans. What I am going to do after the first 60 days are over, is incorporate each training plan into each week (Assassin, Knight, Guardian, Superhero, Ranger, Scout and Gladiator) for the next 60 days and also come up with my own training plan ‘Mercenary’ (High Burn/HIIT, Ab/Core Work, Strength, Random Workout, Strength, Ab/Core Work, High Burn/HIIT)

This week is Run week and I have smashed my ‘to work’ personal best by 31 seconds. I have also managed to beat my ‘from work’ personal best TWICE, first by 23 seconds, then by 12 seconds!

The Jacks Pyramid went extremely well, nice good pace with a good sweat going. I have currently completed Equalizer, Cardio & Core, Navy Seal (This one was fun it was basically my UPS failure exercise, but adding high knees into it), Jurassic, Power 15 (That was a killer) and Core Connect (better paced than I expected).

In my UPS training my 3 set failures have been very productive. Just as I hoped, my pull ups have been improving by getting 10-11 the first set instead of 9-10 each time. The push ups are going at a very nice pace, especially the 3 set to failure sets. However the sit-ups took a little hit, somehow I cannot do as much sit ups as before (this could be many aspects, it could be where I’m positioning myself, although before I used to do it when I got home instead of the morning, this could be the impact), but they are still going up a steady pace.

Will be setting back home at 5pm going at a steady pace in the run back (as last time I had to crawl upstairs and into the bath to cool down my legs), and start on the Banshee workout which I cannot wait to do. I’ll not be looking forward to the Vikings workout, but I’ll let you know how I get on. Click image for larger version

Next Update (Thu 29th October) – Hopefully I’ll find my mask and get my picture changed, plus I need it for Halloween. I will be using protein shakes again next week, maybe try new recipes. Also hopefully my sit ups will improve.

BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 5 (Thu 29th October)

I couldn’t find my mask , which sucks! I’ll just have to be a bio-hazard zombie this year . But when I find it I will finally change my profile picture, which will look awesome

This week is Walk week and I have been going slower, until today, which I have managed to drop dramatically. Is it the music? Or is it my waling speed? I can never really tell how I managed to get faster when walking; you might just have to be in the right state of mind. I haven’t been able to make any protein shakes this week so far, but going to make the basic Banana Milk tonight.

I was right about the Vikings workout, that really killed, but was totally worth it. I couldn’t stop sweating, now I know how Lee Evans feels. I have currently completed Zombie Survival, Abs Unlocked, S.W.A.T (This killed too!), Shifter and Lannister.

In my UPS training, my Push Ups have taken a hit, but I think that shows that the muscles are working their best and are going at it harder. The Sit Ups are going at a great steady pace again which is great. Pull Ups are again doing the same steady pace hopefully in a week this will increase. Actually noticing the charts this pattern occurs I go a major rise only in the next set to fall and steady back up again. I’m calling this the slide effect (goes up gradually at a good pace, then slides down dramatically, only to do it all again, but better).

Will be setting back home at 5pm going to try a nice brisk walk home see if I can’t beat any records. I’ll also be doing the Ghost Buster tonight to earn my badge cannot wait (It was going to originally be Master Pack, but this has been moved into the 61-120 day section of the training, replacing abs defined).

Next Update (Tues 3rd November) – The reason for this is it will be 30 DAYS completed in this training and I will show my physical process. Also I’m hoping my theory goes right.

BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 6 (Tues 3rd November)

A TWELFTH OF THE WAY THERE! How exciting! 30 days have now gone only 330 days to go!

This week is Run week. On Monday on the way to work, I honestly thought I did terrible when I looked at the time at the end, but it turns out I actually beat my best by 17 seconds! Also I hit the exact same time for my ‘from work’ personal best. The reason I thought it would be bad was I felt really sluggish (it could due to Halloween as I treated myself and some mates to a homemade S’Mores Dip). Last day, last week was an embarrassment though! On the ‘from work’ I nearly went over the ‘to work’ times. Lets hope I do not do that again!

The Sonic workout wasn’t what I expected though, I thought it would be a bit more grueling and sweat pumping; but it didn’t really do much, maybe I wasn’t doing I right or enough. Ghost Busters was fun though got a good legwork going. I might use the Huntsman workout every time I do a level up 60 day, which should be good! I have also completed Fighter’s Club and Standing Abs.

In my UPS training, I haven’t done them this morning I’m giving myself to the evening as I had to have a blood donation yesterday. My Sit Ups have taken a huge spike; maybe I’m beating my mental blocks during the failure sessions. The Pull Ups are slightly going low, but nothing too serious (reason in run week). My push ups are slightly taking a hit also I really need to push my mental strength up for this one to keep going higher.

Will be driving home tonight; do not want to over do it too much today (but will still do the workout (Watch Your Six) and UPS training)

Hi Guys I forgot to add something on the 30 day mark! As I have been progressing with my training I have also been trying to conquer the deadly 20. So far it has been going well (if you see below) hopefully in the future I'll complete a few more, the handstand + push up is what I'm looking forward to conquer the most so will definitely let you know when I do. Thank you.

BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 7 (Thu 5th November)

This week is Run week. Monday was my best run so far, gradually I have been going slower however they are better times than my last run week so that’s good to know I’m progressing well. However my ‘from work’ to a little hit as on Tuesday it was a lot slower than any of my last run weeks times, hopefully this will get better.

The Gravity workout was fun and very good to work out the upper body. I will now be using this workout when I go up a level in the next 88 days.

In my UPS training, my Sit Ups are hitting up again which is great. Push Ups are going a little up and down, but hopefully in the next 3 to failure set I’ll push myself to a good number. As I predicted my Pull Ups are gradually improving, I am now managing 11-12 each time if I really push myself.

On my way home at 5pm hopefully I’ll do better than Tuesday. I will not be looking forward to the Samson workout on Saturday, but if it makes me better so be it, I’ll let you know in the next update how that went.

Hey, I really like your thread and admiring your ambition. Doing something everyday is hard and if this "something" is as big as your program, you must be pretty tough.

I am still curious about your training plan. How often do you do the "to failure" sets of the exercises? From the charts I see that you switch between push-ups and sit-ups. But how long do you take to regenrate and how do you calculate the reps on your normal days?

And what do you track in your jogging chart? Distance on different days? Time?
Anyway, the design looks pretty cool. :rocky-3:

Mad Mary Thank you very much for taking interest and I am very glad you ask these questions and thank you but I'm not that tough (yet ).

Well the to failure session is everyday. In the morning I do 1 to failure set of sit ups, push ups and pull ups. But each day on one of those I do a set of 3 (Pull up, Push Up, Pull Up, Sit Up, Pull Up, etc). With these 3 sets to failure I do 1 set, then take a 2 minute break and do them again, 2 minute break, then final set (This will be more sets and less time in the future). I keep a little book with me writing down each amount i do each time

In my jogging I track by Time, in seconds to be more exact I do the exact same distance there and back (1.2 miles each way) I hope that all helps.

Keep watching as it will get a little more interesting after the 60 days are ups and thank you so much again

Thanks for your answer. One set to failure per day sounds okay. So you work every muscles group everyday. But only push them every three days. I don't know much about that but if you feel good after 30 days it should be a working system.

And the trend is going up in every exercise. Seems very good.

I will keep an eye on your progress.

BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 8 (Thu 12th November)

This week is Walk week. I have once again managed to break my records TWICE! First I broke my walk record by 1 second, then the next walk day in 20 seconds! Also my 'from work' times are a lot better than the previous walk week which is great.

The Samson workout was exactly how I expected it to be, insanely difficult! I had serious trouble finishing this workout; it might be best I leave this one alone in future training. The power sprinter however was a very good sweater of a workout; I will be definitely using this in my level up parts of my training. I have so far completed Savage (that was a nice breather of a workout (will definitely use this for the future level ups), Code of Abs and Reclaimer (That was a good hard workout)

In my UPS training, everything is going great! My 3 set failures are progressing well and I have managed to keep my Push Ups to over 50 and my Sit Ups to over 60! But I fear my slide progression theory will come into play soon, but must not think negative its all about progress. My Pull Ups are increasing very well too, which is awesome! (Makes me feel like a bad ass!)

On my way home at 5pm, take the walk nice and steady. I will have completed my favourite workout on Sunday The Hood Workout; I’ll let you guys know how I get on in the next update.

BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 9 (Thu 19th November)

Hey Guys! Not long now till the first 60 days of my training are done! After that is up I will be taking a 3-day break then starting the next 60 days on the Monday 7th December. As for a bit of fun, I have created a Failure Voting Poll in Chat Room where you guys can vote for the failure workout that I will have to do within that 3 day break. Follow the link to check it out:
                              http://darebee.com/hive/forum/chat/1...-break-failure

This week is Run week. This week went quite well, I even broke my ‘from work’ time TWICE AGAIN first by 15 seconds then by 13 seconds! However the Tuesday ‘to work’ time went very badly it was within my starting week times, the reason for this though wis that half way in my route I have 2 set of traffic light crossings I must cross and unfortunately it has been taking longer than expected. This didn’t happen the next day as I ALMOST beat my record by 8 seconds away!

The Hood workout was a real sweater this will definitely go well in my level up sessions and as for a bit of fun and as this is my favourite workout, this will be the one I will finish my 360th day on, so exciting! I have so far completed Paladin (Good workout), Total Abs, Walkers (Good Leg Workout), War Crafter and Rocky Abs (will definitely use this in my level up months).

In my UPS training, my Pull Ups are staying the same amount; hopefully soon I’ll push myself to get to 13! Fingers crossed! It’s the same with the regular Push Ups and Sit Ups. Those two however in the 3 set stages are progressing very well; I have managed to go up 5 reps each time, which is great!

On my way home at 5pm, hopefully go at a good pace. Will be doing the Merc workout tonight, which is exciting using the pull up bar to its potential. Will definitely let you know in the next update how it went. Click image for larger version

BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 10 (Thu 26th November)

Last week on the last ‘from work’ session, it went very badly once again but this time it was just my fault I wasn’t running fast enough; I was trying to conserve energy and use up less walk breaks, which I managed to do. As it was raining the day before, that could be why I broke my record, because I didn’t want to be in the rain for a long period of time. This week is Walk week and the first few days have been quite disappointing with my ‘from work time being slower than my ‘to work’ time on the first day (this could have been due to the fact I bought 5.5kg of shopping back home in my backpack). The next day after that was slower as well (due to the wind blowing out my umbrella while it was raining). I know these are terrible excuses and should not be acceptable due to the fact I have been progressing so well, so it’s just me being a whiny wart. Hopefully this will not happen in my final run week! I’m hoping to break some records! COME ON!

The Merc workout was what I expected it to be, a very good workout to work the muscles. Uncharted was grueling, but totally worth it. So far I have completed Crossfire, Reaper (Absolute Arm Killer), Power Abs (Not Bad), Mass Blast (Nice Breather Exercise) and Commando.

In my UPS training, everything is going great I am managing to get 13 Pull Ups now. I am even getting 70 Push Ups during my 3 set failures and the Sit Ups are going great as well. All appears to be going at a good pace, which is great.

So far in my 3-Day Break Failure Exercise Poll (http://darebee.com/hive/forum/chat/1...-break-failure) Burpees appear to be in the lead to the moment. Thanks for all who voted for it, make me get the worst one out of the way first

On my way home at 5pm, I’ll be going at a fast and steady pace, hopefully I’ll get a good time this time. Also Armor Abs tonight, this should be fun Click image for larger version
