BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 1 (Mon 5th October)

Got up good and early to start off the day with a failure set of pushups followed by 3 sets to Fail Pull Ups.

Jogged to Work (1.2 miles) in 15:36 mins (good start base).

Ready to set back off home at 5pm with another jog followed by the first workout of KATANA WEEK (this will continue throughout the week) and a failure set of sit ups.

              All very exciting!

Next Update (Mon 12th October) - Will have hopefully completed the KATANA WEEK and also maybe get a few personal bests.

BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 2 (Fri 9th October)

I know this is an earlier entry than said I thought it would be best to show how the progress is getting on during the week. At the start of the week my running progress was improving but escalates in the next 2 days (this was due to emotional difficulties) the same with the push ups, pull ups and sit ups. But I think next week its going to be much better, I feel more confident, this is just a wall that I need to smash through!

Katana Week is going great I can really feel the work in my forearm, I have even been picking up speed and strength in the slices. Look forward to the 1000 cuts in Sunday.

BlackButler 360 Day Training - ENTRY 3 (Thu 15th October)

The Katana Week is finally accomplished with also doing the 1000 cuts workout in under 15 minutes.

This week is Walk Week at the start it was quite a high time, but I have gradually been speeding up during my walks to work.

At the start and end of my workouts this week I have been using Fruit Shakes and Smoothies (Banana & Milk was a very nice and energising drink) (Spinach, Banana and Apple was surprisingly nice at first a little earthy but has a lovely sweet after taste) we'll see if it makes any difference. I have currently completed The Boulder, Good Morning Abs and Kratos (This was my favourite and hardest one I have done so far the cross push ups were a good challenge).

In my UPS training my 3 set failures have been very productive in both the sit ups and push ups. The pull ups however are still an up and down process. Hopefully in a few months with more new workouts this will escalate.

Will be setting back home at 5pm hopefully breaking the walk speed again and doing well in the Jacks Pyramid.

Awesome work BlackButler  - love the charts! It's interesting that you get home from work faster than you get to work, is the trek to work uphill perhaps?
