Ahoy, mateys! Going to keep this thing fairly brief - don't think it lands itself very well to a wordy introduction.
Sex : male
Age : 21
Height : 177 cm / 5.9 feet
Weight : 115.5 kg / 253.5 pounds
Current weight : 113.2 kg / 249.5 pounds.
Background : Sedentary
Complications : Asthma in remission
End-goal : Being fit enough for the climbing gym. "Not getting diabetes" part sounds groovy too.
Started things off with Foundation, felt too easy, switched to Total Burn + Arms of Steel.
So far I'm 6 days in with both of them, level 3 all the way. Feels challenging in the moment, but I feel like nothing even happened afterwards. Thinking about adding some HIIT to the mix.
Tried doing 30 days of yoga, but I am just too fat and inflexible for most moves. Survived up to day 6 or 7, with a very poor form. Need to find an alternative for developing flexibility.
Nutrition-wise I'm trying my best to follow Hero's Journey meal plan and to eat under 2800 calories. I really want to do intermittent fasting again, but last time I did that - lost about 10 or more kg in a month. Unhealthy as hell - also kept me hungry and angry.
That's about it, I think. We'll see how it goes, won't we?
