    Good morning,

    ​​​​​​Seems like it's been forever since I've checked in 😬

    Lets see.. I mostly just lift and ruck anymore. I've been forced to work the graveyard shift for at least a year. It's not terrible, but it is busy af. Lots of tracking and running involved, non stop one thing to the next.

    That being said, I'm getting about 2/3 of the sleep I used to get and some days I'm dragging after running around all night.

    🤔 what else... Not sure

    I'll leave it at that & hope I keep up with checking in this time.
