        And about the All empty now, I was like this: Couln´t stop till there was nothing left. Need to work on more resistance, the problem is: resistance is futile.



        Breathing: I managed 2 rounds of Wim Hof today. I should practice more often.
        Meditation: 2:55 minutes.

        Cold Shower: awesome energy boost.
        Guitar: Repeating one bar over and over again. I like repetitions. Perhaps I do something crazy on the morrow: Repetition of two bars in a row.

        After work I slept before continuing with my workouts. Too much people today, always makes me feel worn out afterwards. But I managed.

        Now: I have a date with Spock, Bones and Kirk on Netflix and just lie down for the rest of the evening.

              There, all caught up. My goodness, you’ve been busy! 2 programs finished, a bunch of guitar work, and sewing, AND a new thread! GOOD WORK on all of it! And, the pizzas!! So many pizzas! And, so much Star Trek!! I totally get that!!

                        Breathing: 3 rounds of Wim Hof. I really like the sensation of the body during the process, full awareness from toe to head.

                        Headache-Day. Nothing to celebrate, though. Finally went away in the afternoon.

                        Short workout and a bit of stretching was more than enough for today. Especially my shoulders needed some stretching.

                            You know, I've always wanted to ask: do you do your cold showers just straight up or do you start with warm water and then make it colder?

                              Regarding the cold shower: It depends I would say.

                              First of all, I love both, the hot and the cold showers equally. From the starting point of counting, I never missed a cold one since, only the hot showers are missing from time to time. Priorities I guess.

                              On some days, I only do the cold shower. Nothing more, nothing less, just a pure and lovely cold shower.
                              On other days I start with a hot shower first, and finish with the cold shower. Recommendation: always finish with a cold one.
                              On rarely occasions I play: first a session hot, than a session cold, hot, cold, hot ... but always finishing with cold. I think you get my drift.

                              "Making it colder" I only did that in the beginning as my body was adapting to the process. Now it is just switching from one to the other state. Cold / Hot.

                              And on other days entirely, but I have to confess not very often because the preparation takes me too long, I do a cold bath with ice-cubes instead of the cold shower.

                              In the beginning I did my breathing exercise before, helped me prepare for the impact to come and clear my mind. Breathing I still do, but not as preparation anymore.
                              Also quite helpful for the start was not only the breathing, but directly before going into the shower: doing my workout, therefore body temperature was already very high and made things easier to start with. And of course, gradually making it colder and only starting with specific body parts, for example, first the legs, then the arms, then upper body, and last, the head. Now, the preparation-stuff is only a remnant to the process but I thought you may be interested how things started.

                              I think that covers my process from beginning to now and I hope that I didn´t miss anything important. If you want to now more, just fell free to ask.
