    On Second Thoughts...

    Hello again Bees,

    I wasn't going to put you through the pain and suffering of my workout blogs again this year. Then again I thought I'd be in Central Europe about now, sipping a nice cold Pilsner and enjoying beautiful old cities etc.
    But here I am. The word "escape" has been removed from the dictionary and replaced with the word "repeat". If I'm stuck with me here, then so are you.

      Chocolate Covered Cherry Day, Fruitcake Toss Day, Festival of Sleep Day, and on this day in 1906 the humble straw originally hand-rolled became a mechanised process and then manufactured from plastic which we'll be pulling out of the oceans for decades to come.

        It is also the birthday of Isaac Newton (1643) and the world's tallest skyscraper Burj Khalifa (2010)

        Yep thought so. Too busy to train. See if I can get anything done in the late evening.

          Weight: 97.8 kg (yes, lack of recent exercise is showing. Today will hopefully change that)

                          Welcome back I was gonna be sad if you were leaving us, for whatever reason. I enjoy your posts and your workouts are always amazing. Whatever is keeping you where you are, try to embrace it and keep going, huh?

I've done a little research CaptainCanuck and you can get Pisco here in this country if you look hard enough but I've never seen it offered in bars and restaurants. At $70/bottle I wasn't going to buy one just to try it out. I might have to wait until I'm on the other side of the Pacific Ocean again before trying that one.

Obscured origins but believed to have started in the 1990s), National JoyGerm Day (USA, a day started to spread happiness and joy during flu season), National English Toffee Day (USA), National Winter Skin Relief Day (USA), National Vision Board Day (USA. Apparently it is about motivation and putting your goals on a board easily seen to remind you), National Children's Day (Thailand)
                            as well as the birthdays of two late great singers Elvis Presley and David Bowie. And to cover all demographics, it was also the birhday of scientist the late Stephen Hawking and leader the late Kim Jong-Un.

                            After all that, I better do a half decent workout to make the intro worthwhile.
