Sorry for the late uploads recently, I'm just trying out a new routine.

And I'm struggling to get used to it.

TheLibrarian You know what? I originally meant "struggling" in the bad way as in I feel like giving up and feeling lost.

But then you made me think of the word in a different way.

For some reason I remembered the time I learned about how caterpillars become butterflies in biology.

The only thing I really remember was that a caterpillar needed to go through a process called a metamorphosis to become a butterfly (or moth).

During this process the bulk of the caterpillar's body is recycled into the features that will eventually become the butterflies' wings, legs, antenna, etc.

                            Sounds painful.

                            But neccessary.

I'm going through a metamorphosis of my own.

Instilling good habits overtime will eventually destroy the bad ones.

In order for me to change my life (which was the original point of this challenge) I need to change my lifestyle.

If it hurts or I'm struggling its just part of the process to become a new person.

So thanks for making me think.
