Also, the "re-do" in the title is because I tried this in 2017 but failed at day 145 due to bad time management and working overtime.

No, I'm not going to lift weights, run, do drills *every single day*. I'll follow programs on this website which have active recovery days included in them. (Which counts as a workout right?) In any case, the principal is to do 15 mins of activity everyday.
As for my rest days I'll stretch or do some yoga.
