30 Jumping Lunges (EotD) done (In one go but I did regular Lunges, it sounds weird but I just can't get myself to jump),
Days 17 and 18 of Plank done (I've reached a 2 minute Plank woot!), The Butcher done (3 sets with Housemate),
Day 78 of 90 Days of Action (3 sets, my High Knees weren't particularly high towards the end).
No exercising yesterday.
On Sunday I tried doing this art trail thing going on where I lived, spent 7 hours wandering about looking for artistic owls. I was paying for it on Monday though with a pair of seriously sore legs, so I had a quiet day (Unfortunately, this made my Housemate get rather passive aggressive about not being able to go out, so I got to spend the day being achey and depressed... ).
Legs are still a bit sore today, but I managed some working out:-
Catch and Release done (3 sets with Housemate), 60 Side Leg Extensions (EotD) done (In 2 sets),
Days 19 and 20 of Plank done (Would've thought I'd be getting better at the Up & Down Planks but 5 at a time seems to be my maximum level),
Day 79 of 90 Days of Action done (3 sets, got 10 days to go!).
Going to try and finish the art trail today, still got half a map of owls to tick off! See y'all Thursday!
Up and down planks are definitely my least favourite type of plank! Looking forward to the plank jacks though because they are fun!
Yep, I quite like Plank Jacks too, if only my exercise mat were wider so I didn't have to touch the cold, hard floor!
Didn't quite get the Art Trail completed on Tuesday, it started winding it's way through downtown so it morphed into more of a shopping trip! Hopefully I'll get it wrapped up on Friday.
I did remember to take my camera though, got some piccys (Housemate is for scale):-
On to today!:-
40 Folded Crunches (EotD) done (In one go),
Days 21 and 22 of Plank done (Struggling to get past 2 minutes, but hopefully I'll get there), Rainmaker done (3 sets with Housemate. For a lvl 1 workout, this one is surprisingly tough on the arms),
Day 80 of 90 Days of Action done (4 sets, stretches I can do for once! Mostly!).
Anyone here read Clive Cussler books? I picked up a few when I was in town, because they sounded rather Indiana Jones-like, but the one I'm reading (Treasure of Khan) is soooo boring! I was wondering if they would click better if I read them in order, or that's just a particularly weak entry in the series.
