    Thankfully, today's exercises were fairly easy, gotta busy morning so had to get them wrapped up quick!

    5 Minutes Raised Arm Hold (EotD) done (Had to split it up into 3 sets),
    Lower Back (WotD) done (3 sets),
    Days 25 and 26 of Squats and Punches done (Only 3 sets today),
    Day 65 of 90 Days of Action done (3 sets).

      Another day done!

      20 Tricep Dips (EotD) done (In one go, although I still think my arms are too short to do them right),
      The Maid of Tarth (WotD) done (3 sets. Woohoo! My first level 4 workout, I think, even though I had to do most of the Push-ups as knee ones I'm counting it as a win!),
      Day 27 of Squats and Punches done (650 Punches in 3 sets),
      Day 66 of 90 Days of Action done (300 of 500 Leg Raises done).

        Well Sunday was a bust, I got up far too late to do pretty much anything , and today wasn't much better either, between all the Squats and Lunges (Today was definitely a leg day) I did something to my left knee. Managed to hobble through two full sets but that was it:-

        40 Lunges with Twist (EotD) done (In one go),
        Power 25 done (3 sets with Housemate),
        Days 28 and 29 of Squats and Punches done (2 sets),
        Day 67 of 90 Days of Action done (2 sets, seems to have been a step up in difficulty all of a sudden).

        Hopefully my knee is up to doing exercises tomorrow, see y'all then!

                    Thanks! huma JCU​​​​​​​ SheWhoMustNotBeNamed​​​​​​​ AquaMarie​​​​​​​ TopNotch - Knee's not too bad today, a little stiff but it doesn't hurt unlike my poor butt muscles! Definitely did something wrong yesterday.


                    Luckily, today was all the punching, so I could rest my legs:-

                    50 Calf Raises (EotD) done (In one go, the last 10 or so were really tough!),
                    Knockout done (3 sets with Housemate, I'm getting better with combos),
                    Day 30 of Squats and Punches done (3 sets of 260 Punches), another Challenge completed!
                    Day 68 of 90 Days of Action done (2 sets).

                    And now I'm all punched out
                    Already chosen next months challenge, Planks! Not sure how far I'll get (The last week looks pretty impossible), but I'll give it a try, see y'all Wednesday!

                        Aku-chan knee pain is no fun. I think I have started to get arthritis in my right knee and it's so annoying. I habitually sit with my right leg under my left (or in a crossed leg position) and afterwords my right leg is so sore to move and I think I'm getting it in my left also. Arthritis is prevalent in my family so I am not surprised I'm developing it but it's super uncool.

                        (It's been so long since I was here on my IPad, I can't remember where the little emojis are but... healing vibes (for your knee and glutes))

                              ​​​​​​​Aether - I sit like that too, fortunately it doesn't result in pain it just makes my legs go to sleep!


                              Easy day today, which is good because I'm very tired this morning (I stayed up late to watch a Kickstarter I'd pledged for wrap up, which I now realise was a very silly thing to do!):-

                              60 Seconds Leg Raises (EotD) done (Couldn't keep my balance long enough to do it in one go),
                              Days 1 and 2 of Plank done,
                              Shoulder Work (WotD) done (3 sets done with Housemate),
                              Day 69 of 90 Days of Action (3 sets).

                              Word seems to have spread about my new bird feeder, it's been visited by a Blackbird and a Greater Spotted Woodpecker (According to Google) this week.

                                Day 70 of 90 Days of Action done (Managed to struggle through 1 set, always found these side leg exercises hard but they seem to be getting even harder ),
