    I got a 5.6 km run in before work yesterday morning. It was a mostly boring route, just running a neighbourhood that I had only been through once. I got out early enough (started around 8 AM) but the temperature was already around 20 degrees, with more from the humidex. I wasn't really feeling at my bets though, so the time was only OK, 31:53.

      I mowed the lawn this morning. Due to a number of logistical challenges, it was the first real time that I did the lawn this year. Much easier than the one that I had last year which would take upwards of an hour. This is probably more like 20 minutes at most.

      It was a strength training day, so I did Ultimate Fighter (level I, EC) and Classic Abs (EC) in the evening. I took these kind of slow, so maybe not fully qualified for EC after all, but my rest times between sets were on the mark.

        I decided to move the training days around this week because it was going to be hard to get out for a run tomorrow, and incidentally we were in a decent neighbourhood for a run today. It was pretty warm by the time that I got started, only by around 1030 AM because of travel time, and so it was already around 22 degrees and feeling more like 28 with the humidity. I did 6.0 km in 35:05.

          I did a splash pad in the morning with the boys, which is not really exercise, but at least was active. Otherwise mostly stayed close to home on what was a hot summer day.

          In the evening I did Finish Line (EC), Limitless and Footwork (EC).

            Because I moved the cardio day up one, today was the second straight day of casual training, so I loaded a couple of stretching workouts - Afterparty and the Finisher.

              It was a pretty busy day at work, so I was pretty tired when I got home. I was going to do the regular Monday night workout, but I decided on something else. So I did Ultimate Fighter (level I, EC) and Callisto (Level I, EC).
