I really need to find a band for my fitbit, as my phone seems to be off significantly and today I left my fitbit at home by accident. Anyway, step count on my phone was over 6000.
In the evening I did Total Upperbody (EC) and Breasts Lift (EC). In the latter I modified knee pushups to regular pushups and with 50 in both workouts, I made it to 100.
