      Yesterday was a success! The high knees in Epic Five were a lot but I managed to pull through it!

      ✨My New Goals:
      - Epic Five when I wake up
      - Combat HIIT
      - Daily Crunches:
      100
      - Daily Pushups: 30
      - Workout of my choice when I'm home in the afternoon

        Been dead on here for a bit because life keeps us all running but I've been keeping my workouts going. Missed 2 days in the middle but I'm back on track now! I'm also going to be posting here once a week from now on I think, cuz it gets wayy too much doing it every day. Also I can now do 25 pushups in a row!!

        So yet another update on my goals: I don't think doing Epic Five in the morning's a good idea, I usually don't have the energy to workout then, so I'll be doing it at any time in the day. As for the optional afternoon workout, I haven't done that even once and tbh I think that'll be too much cuz I'm doing Combat HIIT on level 3 mostly, and I often have rowing too. So here's my new daily goals:

              Hello everyone!! Hope you guys are doing well ) I've started doing bicycle crunches since the past few days cuz I heard they're better than normal crunches. And I'm trying to get better at different variations of pushups like psuedo planche and diamond. Still got a lot of progress to make with those, but I'm getting there!

                  That spreadsheet looks as impressive as it's confusing. To me, at least. I like the idea with variations of exercises. Maybe I'll adopt that.

                    Loll it started off a lot simpler then I kept adding columns depending on what I wanted to track. I'm the kind of person who loves organizing information XD

                    I'll explain each of the columns so it's easier to understand for everyone )

                    Rating: How good I feel physically

                    Date: Self explanatory

                    Program: The main program I'm doing (rn that's Combat HIIT) and how far I am in that program (e.g. Day 4)

                    Workout: What today's workout is focusing on (e.g. abs)

                    Crunches: How many crunches I did today

                    Crunches sets: How many sets of how many crunches I did and which type of crunches

                    Pushups: How many pushups I did

                    Pushups sets: How many sets of how many pushups I did and which type of pushups

                    Epic Five: I'm doing the Epic Five program as an add on. This column is for how far into the program I'm in, what today's workout is focusing on and what exercises it had

                    Epic Five info: How many sets I broke the workout into and how hard I found it

                    Context Not Excuses: Any notes I want to write or (valid) reasons why I couldn't workout

                    Other info: Any other exercise I did (e.g. rowing, squats, planks etc.)

                      Well this week was an emotional rollercoaster cuz I couldn't workout for a couple of days cuz getting vaccinated made me feel ill. I've never fully realized how much working out regularly has helped my mental health. Anyways, hope you guys are doing good ) Stay strong, you got this!
