    Hi guys! So I'm gonna be posting a screenshot from Notion of my daily exercise everyday. I might change the format later on if it doesn't work, but for now this is how it's gonna go. I'll post my goals as well every day as a reminder for myself and to see how much I can build up on them. Let's get this guys!!

    ✨My Goals

    - Daily crunches: atleast 100 excluding those done in workouts (or 2 60 second holds or a combination of both
    - Daily pushups: atleast 30 excluding workouts
    - Current daily Darebee workout: Dragon Week

                        Thanks for answering the question guys )

                        I've been MIA for the last few days, I was burnt out from school and I didn't do my main workout either (I'm not usually this inconsistent in working out) ( I did figure out why i didn't do it tho, it was because I usually don't have enough time to finish it, so I get stressed about when I should start, so I end up not doing it at all. So to fix that I'm gonna do multiple smaller workouts throughout the day instead of one big one. I'm gonna try to post my progress every day from now on. I'll probably be adding another short workout to my daily goals but this is what they look like for now

                        ✨My New Goals:
                        - Epic Five when I wake up
                        - Combat HIIT
                        - Daily Crunches: 100*
                        - Daily Pushups: 30*


                        *Pushups or crunches done as cooldown after rowing or as part of saving someone in the Habitica Warming Up challenge don't count

                        🐺18th to 21st September (the last four days I've been MIA)

                            Thanks 🤩 I did great yesterday!! I can officially do 20 pushups in a row now! Oh also Epic Five starts from today the 23rd cuz yesterday morning had already passed when I decided to do it and I didn't wanna burn myself out on the first day XD

                            *I'll do this every day I'm home in the afternoon (I often have either tution or rowing then so I don't get time)
