    Training log - My first program: Express Tone

    Well, my first check-in, just to log my first program: express-tone
    Will start tomorrow!


    Day 1 - 2021.09.18 - Morning - Total time: about 25 minutes - Dumbbell: 8kg
    - alternating bicep curls (*)
    S1: 30 (15L+15R)
    S2: 32 (16L+16R) (**)
    S3: 30 (15L+15R)
    S4: 28 (14L+14R)
    S5: 26 (13L+13R)

    - side bends
    S1: 10
    S2: 10
    S3: 10
    S4: 10
    S5: 10

    - tricep extensions (*)
    S1: 24 (12L+12R)
    S2: 28 (14L+14R) (**)
    S3: 22 (11L+11R)
    S4: 22 (11L+11R)
    S5: 20 (10L+10R)

    - core twists
    S1: 10
    S2: 10
    S3: 10
    S4: 10
    S5: 10

    (*) I've realized that my left arm is weaker, so I started with the left one and did the same repetitions with the right one, even if I could do more (I see your little similes... But the reason of this asymmetry is not what you think... by the wat, I use the left hand for that kind of stuff... ahahahahah). I hope I can get back the natural symmetry adopting this rule.
    (**) I did more repetitions within the second set, maybe because within the first set muscles were not warm yet.

    Express Tone - Day 1

    Day 2 - 2021.09.19 - Afternoon - Total time: about 30 minutes - Dumbbell: 8kg
    - forward lunges
    S1: 16 (8L+8R)
    S2: 10 (5L+5R)
    S3: 8 (4L+4R)
    S4: 6 (3L+3R)
    S5: 6 (3L+3R)

    - goblet squats
    S1: 20
    S2: 18
    S3: 16
    S4: 10
    S5: 14

    - single leg deadlifts (*)
    S1: 18 (9L+9R)
    S2: 16 (8L+8R)
    S3: 20 (10L+10R)
    S4: 16 (8L+8R)
    S5: 16 (8L+8R)

    (*) I'm not sure I did it perfectly, I don't have a proper mirror to check.

    Express Tone - Day 2

    Day 3 - 2021.09.20 - Evening - Total time: about 25 minutes - Dumbbell: 8kg
    - upright rows
    S1: 20
    S2: 14
    S3: 14
    S4: 13
    S5: 15

    - alternating bent over rows
    S1: 10
    S2: 10
    S3: 10
    S4: 10
    S5: 10

    - bicep curls
    S1: 12
    S2: 6
    S3: 6
    S4: 4
    S5: 5

    - knee to elbows (*)
    S1: 10 (5L+5R)
    S2: 10 (5L+5R)
    S3: 10 (5L+5R)
    S4: 6 (3L+3R)
    S5: 6 (3L+3R)

    (*) Very sad...
