    lofivelcro I tried my best! But now I was "lazy" due to my monthly friend "menstruation pain". This time it was really bad... I hope I'll be able to workout again!

    Today again an early update, because we're getting overnight guests and they arrive in an hour! (Yes, I only had 4,5h sleep due to late night baking and needing to get ready early!)

    Daily dare today was something I was able to do, finally again! 😂

    I liked the workout if the day Centurion (Level 2)! It felt like I'm completely able to do. Yea, maybe not compleeeetely? I did again wall push-ups. Why are there push-ups everywhere? Everywhere!

    plank challenge day 9 and touch your toes challenge day 4 also successfully finished! 💪

    As we're visiting the zoo later I'm not worried about my step goal, but I'll edit the checkmark later after reaching the 5k!

    TopNotch I always have YouTube on while working out. Either music or a nice audio book/podcast. I just think I'm not jet fit enough for 4 mins. But I'll do the days as well as long as I can and if I fail someday I'll see if I just redo this day until I get it done or maybe pick some more days (like back to the last up and downs) and redo those as often as it takes to progress further.

    It's 8 past midnight in Germany now. And I noticed too late that there are only 500 steps missing to my 5k goal. So I guess back to zero 😅

    Daily challenges was... Interesting... Let's say maybe my nose greeted the floor... Maybe I quit trying because I'm not even able to do proper normal push-ups... But maybe that all was a lie... Who knows 🤷 maybe you'll never find out!

    Wreck It! Is a total body workout that will help you get your body temperature up and deliver you into the sweatzone fast.
    The discrimination of todays workout of the day was very accurate! I managed to do it until I reached Level 1. I think I would have passed out if I tried more sets 😂 Did wall-push-ups tho 😅

    Decided to do something for my abs with crop top workout.

    10 up and downs for the plank challenge were easy 💪

    And did of course touch your toes challenge day 3!

    Yes watching something and distracting yourself does help a lot. I sometimes like to listen to an interesting podcast or a book and time flies by much quicker than if I am thinking of how everything hurts from the long plank

    Fenye Search out a nice four-minute YouTube video or something. Make sure it's interesting and exciting, and those four minutes will flash by!

    Todays a quick one, because I don't have to mich time working out.

    Did the daily dare.. Does it count if I'm just not able to stand on one leg? I tried, I fell sometimes over, but I tried 😂
    Did the plank challenge, 40 sec plank 30 sec elbow plank, we're getting slowly to the time I was able doing in the beginning (1:10). It's getting interesting ^^
    Did the workout of the day Unicorn (Level 1) and the touch your toes challenge day 2!
    And I'm already at 6k steps so yeay to all checkmark set! 🎊

    "Early" update because husband and me just finished a poké-walk and now I've went 6.5k steps which is always my last goal for the day. So I can already write down everything!

    Today I woke up in quite a good mood. Todays warm-up was cleaning the house. 😂 Then I did my workout routine with daily dare ( I'm not fancying these folded crunches) followed by the plank challenge. Let's see at which point it gets really interesting ^^

    The workout of the day total upperbody took be by surprise. I was in the middle of the punches and was wondering how many sets I'm supposed to do and realised that there are no level for this workout 😂 did it with EC tho.

    Decided to add a full body workout and went with stronger today + EC (Level 1)

    And then I did the touch your toes challenge as recommended for my hamstrings.

    With warm-up and stretching it took me slightly over 70 mins, that's the longest since writing in this thread! It felt great!
