    Fosca's Fitness Log

    I'm an office worker who is generally very busy and not always sufficiently disciplined to stay on track fitness-wise.
    After being sick for a while and failing to get back into my workout routine immediately, I am now trying to pick up the slack step by step.
    Before the break, I was mainly doing the Pandora program, with an addition of Back & Core and 1-Minute HIIT, as well as some Minute Calisthenics in my Pomodoro breaks.

    Now, I want to get started again with 1-Minute HIIT and keep the Minute Calisthenics. I really want to keep playing Pandora, as well, but that only makes sense if I have a little more time again, so I can actually enjoy it.
    I started with 1-Minute HIIT again yesterday, but today I decided to start a log which hopefully motivates me to stay on track.
