    Alright alright alright. Applying Mamatigerj 's advice. I did two mental sharpening tasks today, tomorrow it's gonna be two social/emotional tasks. Feels doable now, my mind doesn't feel too strained. I got this.

    You're absolutely right Ninshubur , can't believe it didn't cross my mind as a social/emotional type of task. Silly me haha. I am amazed by this community, it's diverse and positive. I discovered darebee a few years ago but i only started using the hive this year. Thanks guys for stiicking around, ill do my best.

        I like Ninshubur's suggestion. Posting encouragements in other people's threads and receiving some, telling about odd or nice happenstances of the day, or just rant a bit and get some nice words in return does wonders for the soul. At least to me. Maybe you're not interacting face to face with the people here, but it's still a great addition to real life social interactions.

          4a - i didn't do much for relaxation, just watched some bollywood films

          This is for today (sep 10) to avoid confusion. I skipped a day yesterday. I didn't want to but It felt like i needed to take the day off after my 2nd vaccine shot. Got real drowsy af but didn't experience any fever or bodyaches like others, i was just plain sleepy lol. My left deltoid still feels a little sore when i did pushups today lol but yeah

            I missed a day again. Dammit. There are no excuses that can make this alright, but ill try harder. My blades getting some of that rust. I'm a little distracted these days. But I gotta keep going.

              I like your suggestion Mamatigerj, I might have to try it out myself.

              One app/website that might be helpful for inspiration on ideas on how to improve your blades (and there are others out there as well) is Level up life. It's a character sheet tracker but for real life. It has 6 stats (Strength, Culture, Environment, Charisma, Tallent, and Intelligence) that you increase base on tasks you do in real life. You might be able to pull some ideas for tasks that can level up your blades from that.

                Perhaps instead of daily logging sharpenings, you might consider weekly logging, and be happy with knowing that every week, rather than every day, you've sharpened your four blades.
                Sometimes, also, you might be sharpening more than one blade when doing just one activity. I was thinking, you see. When I go for a walk up the Hill with my daughter, I'm doing 1) exercise, 2) checking out nature, 3) listening to my own thoughts, and 4) being social with a family member (and saying hello to people I pass). You might be doing way more than you realise.
