    I forgot to update yesterday 😁

    I just did a Core Yoga flow. Eating wise the day was pretty chill. I had a peanutbutter sandwich for breakfast, then a protein bar for lunch with coffee, and we had ramen and eggs with peas for dinner.

    Today I plan on doing an Ashtanga yoga flow after work. If I can muster the energy for it. 😂

    Foodwise the day looks like this-

    Breakfast - Coffee and half a peanut butter sandwich (this was a bad idea because now I'm super super tired. Brain said eat. Body says what the heck are you thinking?)

    Lunch - Protein bar, Protein shake with spirulina and leafy green mix. 1 apple.

    Dinner - ??? Yep. 😂
