- first set of pullups all real full pullups! Others, not quite as good!
- knee-in and twists done to failure. I did not get 10 on any set!
- failed at EC (maxed out at 13 pushups after the bar stuff) Anywhere Abs
- I know the 40 each side thing works the body differently than the alternating sides thing, but I did it in sets of 10 per side because 40 per side always feels unbalanced
- also, the combination of this and Tomboy and making a point of sitting up straight instead of rolling into a chair-pretzel seems to have finally loosened up the lopsided knot in my midback
