            My step count goal is still 10,000. I was doing 12,000 before the holidays, and I am working through some feelings around "why bother" since I am scheduled for surgery in Feb and will need to reduce step count for a while after that. Anyway, I will doubtless mention it if I do increase my daily step count goals. In the meantime, 10k steps per day!
