                Also, I made curry by marinating tofu in this marinade and it's definitely the best curry I have ever made and possibly competing for best curry I have ever eaten*: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Cookbook:Chicken_Tikka

                *It's worth noting that I started cooking curry in my teens (when I doubtless made some truly terrible curries) so I have had a lot of practice. This is also part of why I was willing to try a random internet curry recipe: it looked like it would come together into deliciousness and I was right.
