    Thanks a lot huma. That hug is very much appreciated. Some days get a bit messy when too much adds up. I feel better today but a bit on the edge of a cold. That's why i postpone Ironheart another day…

    I decided to extend the weekend a bit and didn't go to the office but for a long walk in the park instead. There's not much going on in terms of client work now anyway and my mind was not ready for work today so why bother it? I do have sore legs though, that kind of work seems to achieve something.

    I'm glad it's weekend. I do not have any plans yet but i did a fair bit of work during the week and i am still maintaining a good and regular calorie deficit. I have no idea why this suddenly works again while it was impossible for way too long but i don't intend to question it and just keep going. So there's probably other reasons besides the cold weather, which i tend to blame for everything nonetheless, for the low energy level.
