    You are all great, thanks a lot.

    Yesterday i worked all day and then had dinner and fun with friends. No workout then.
    Today was more balanced…

    Physio excercises
    Ground Control - Level 2

    …and i walked over 10.000 steps.

    Nausea is the main side effect these days. Annoying…but bearable. I guess my expectations are so bad that i am often surprised in a positive way when they are not met.

        I more or less slept all day yesterday. Woke up in the morning, sat around on the couch doing not much, then went for a walk for about an hour and took a bath afterwards. After that i fell asleep immediately on my bed, later changed to the couch and fell asleep again. I barely even woke up in between. I managed to watch two episodes of a series and went to bed early. Two days after chemo i was 4 kg heavier and over the past two days i lost those 4 kg again, all within one week. Although i didn't do any workout yesterday i guess my body is working pretty hard on dealing with all the medication. It's crazy but i hope i'm rather fine till the next round. And can do some workouts again. At least i have no trouble to keep my eyes open now.

                Physio excercises
                Ox - Level 1, 5 kg dumbbells

                I intend to stay strong or at least to not loose too much of my strength but then only Level 1 of the workout was doable, i was hoping for Level 2. Anyway, better than nothing.

                  Nothing wrong with level 1 - says the slacker who mostly only ever does workouts at level 1 due to getting bored fast!

                          I'm so tired most of the time but it seems i am not the only one, people around me complain too. I blame the weather.
                          I did my physio exercises and walked quite a bit as usual. Yesterday i finally painted the wall in my bedroom with a dark petrol color. It looks amazing and i am really pleased with the outcome. Last year the whole apartment got some fresh paint but that last wall was still missing. I count that as yesterdays workout and fell asleep afterwards. Today i managed to do a little yoga session and a lot of swinging and reading in the hammock. So, a relaxed start into the week.
