Wow you are dealing with a lot. It sounds as though you have a healthy frame of mind and I'm glad that your prognosis is good. Support from friends (and fellow Bees!), healthy movement and nutrition are so important. Sending healing prayers your way.

Thank you all for your thoughts, worries, prayers and encouragement. It's all still pretty abstract and theory but i have no illusions this will change once i actually feel the impact of the therapy. In a way i'm a bystander myself and watch with great interest how i deal with the situation and i am myself a bit surprised. I did not have time to worry a lot yet, i am a bit in action mode to organize my life and i talk like a waterfall to my friends and family. I'm in good hands, medical and personal.

But now to the important stuff of today:

Blissful morning yoga flow - yoginimelbourne
            4-minute warmup
Goliath - 5 kg dumbbells, 7,5 kg for deadlifts, 30 sec rest between sets

It feels soo good to use those muscles again.

Oh, that's quite some harsh news. But it sounds like the therapy possibilities are pretty good. Wishing you all the best, plenty of power and stamina for the chemo therapy.

I was wondering about you over the past days and am sorry to hear that the "harmless" cyst took a way for the worse. I'm awed by your positivity and will to go on, keep your walking and yoga up, and even plan to plan future workouts. A strong mind will help a lot in the weeks and months to come. I wish you all the best and hope we can support you, when needed.

Greatest sympathies. I echo Gandhalfit: of there's anything we can do so geographically separated, please let us know. Best wishes for your future.

It helps a lot to know you all around, to read about your fitness- and sometimes life journeys, so the best you can do is to keep that up and support darebee in order to keep this great place up and running. You probably do that anyway. Besides it's nice to be read and supported the way you all do already.

Just caught up and saw the bad news - so sorry to hear!
You seem to take it with great optimism, and this is so powerful of you.

And friends and family are invaluable in the process - great to have Easter with them
